Please be advised that there could be a 2 business day delay in replies due to limited staff.

SHIPMENTS:
Because items are created specifically for each order and some items may be created faster than others the shipment times may vary.
Items may be shipped separately due to fees or speed of production.
To meet demands and deadlines, curriers often cross-ship and use each others service.  It will not be unusual if a US Postal Worker delivers a UPS package or vice versa.

RETURNS:
Products are not accepted for return unless they were damaged during shipping or have a manufacturing error. Should this occur then every attempt will be made to make your return experience as painless as possible.

However -
Buyer's Remorse is not an acceptable reason for a return - we have no warehouse to store good returned merchandise. Often people will purchase two or three different sizes of the same clothing, try on them on, and want to return the ones that do no fit.  Because we do not warehouse items we are not compatible with this practice. You are highly encouraged to use the sizing charts for any garments you are considering buying. Clothing may still have ink or manufacturing odors until the clothing item is washed.

Original Artwork:
You may purchase the original artwork used to create our line of items. You are encouraged to reach out via e-mail should you have an inquiry about an art item's availability or price. To ensure that accurate availability and price accuracy can be provided, prices for original artworks are not quoted on the site. Original artwork may vary by color or detail from the replicated items or posters - nothing is a perfect replica.
